I had the great pleasure last week of being invited to play for the children and staff at
Hartland Primary School. They were having a "Music week" to encourage the children to enjoy and appreciate music and perhaps take up playing an instrument. We all had such a great time together singing songs from my set and also classics such as Puff the Magic Dragon! I ran a couple of workshops with class1 and 2 and showed them my guitars and the different sounds and styles that can be played, they all had a go at playing them and realy enjoyed playing POWER CHORDS on my Gibson !
I certainly hope i managed to inspire at least one of them to learn to play guitar or another instrument and also that i,ll have the oppotunity to play for them again soon.
Definately one of my best audience this year if not ever!

The Album.............
Many people have asked me if i have CD for sale............................
Well i hope to get into the studio very soon or in the new year as my work load allows,
so stay posted! It will contain 10 songs from my live shows and also a couple of bonus
unplugged tracks just to prove i can play without any technology! Not that i use that much anyway!

2010.
124 shows, over a dozen sets of guitar strings [i only broke two].
Several hundred miles,and many pints of Coca-Cola! I didnt miss a single
gig despite snow and stress!
I played from Oxford to Plymouth this year and just about all points in between.
I played to over 5000 people this year of all ages from the kids at Hartland
School to all the folks at the day centres and all. Despite the age differences
the songs still have universal appeal, their from what i like to call the "collective."
I would like to thank each and every one of you for allowing me the privilage of playing for you.
I would also like to thank all the people who put their trust me on their wedding day especially its such a big responsibility !
My thanks also to all the people who keep me and my car moving and my hair under control.
I hope you all have a happy and peacefull 2011 and if you have been, i thank you for listening.

Tantons Hotel Bideford.
Im sure you have heard the awful news this week of the fire at Tantons hotel,thankfully
no one was injurded.
Sadly i have had to end my relationship with this venue after nearly 2 years, i would like to thank all the guests who i have had the pleasure and privelage to entertain and i hope you all enjoyed my shows.
I wish Tantons the best of luck in the future and hope they can rebuild things and that their new plans works out for them. I wish i could tell you something more on this subject but as they have chosen not to return my calls or emails theres no more i can say.

Rock n Pop Choir.
Coming soon! A new project for me.As i,ve had so much interest and enquiries about
singing and teaching i have decided to form a Rock & Pop Choir starting soon in
Bideford.
I hope to cover songs from the 60,s to 00,s .The "choir" is open to all ages and abilities.
